On Tuesday, October 29th, join your fellow members for an evening of union democracy at our Annual General Meeting. This is a hybrid meeting and it will take place in person at the Mount and online via zoom.

Curious about what your union has been working hard at this past year? Listen to important Executive and Trustee Reports, assist with passing the 2024/2025 budget, and hear important Unit 2 Bargaining updates. Following reports and budget approval, the annual election will be held.

All executive positions are open for election. Now is the perfect time to get involved with your union. Elected executive members play a pivotal role in making the union run smoothly.

To run, you must be a member, and be nominated by another member and you should be attending the AGM either in person or digitally. Additionally, for positions that represent a specific Unit, you must be a member of that Unit to run and be nominated by a fellow member of that unit.

These positions make up the CUPE 3908 Executive: President, General Vice President, Unit Vice Presidents, Lead Stewards, Recording Secretary, and Secretary Treasurer.
